Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost in the UK.
Standard shipping is £3.50 per order. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £30 — no discount code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
We do but not all products some are restricted due to shipping some of the materials best way to discover is to enter the products into your basket go to shipping enter your address and the cost and allowed products will be applied to final checkout before paying for the order.
European Union and EFTA
We ship eligible products to the 27 EU countries, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.

Eligible products from the website (Sorry no paints, Glues, Pastes.) can be shipped to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right.
How do I return an item?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please reach out to us to arrange a return.
