Where we ship
We ship all products within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is available only for products in our Rice Papers, Mould, ITD A4 Rice Papers, and ITD Minis collections. Products outside these collections are currently available for UK delivery only.
Shipping rates
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: £3.50
- Free standard delivery on orders over £30
European Union and EFTA
We ship eligible products to the 27 EU countries, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
- Flat-rate shipping: £12.00
USA, Canada and Australia
Eligible products from the four international collections can be shipped to the United States, Canada and Australia.
- Flat-rate shipping: £22.00
Shipping availability and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout based on the products and delivery address in the order. Products outside the eligible international collections will not be offered for delivery outside the UK.
Processing and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, including Christmas. Any available tracking information will be emailed when your order has been dispatched.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at renarcexpressions@gmail.com so we can investigate.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
